Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup

Here is a simple soup for the prefect rainy day,  Serving: 4  Prep Time: 15 Minutes  Cook time: 25 Minutes  Ingredients 2 cups cauliflower florets 1⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ grounded black pepper ½ teaspoon olive oil 1½ cups diced white mushrooms ½ yellow onion, diced 2-4 cups of vegetable broth Garlic Equipment: Blender or food processor Instructions: In a large pot, heat almond and cauliflower over medium-high heat. Cook for 20 15-20 minutes, stirring every few minutes. In a separate pot, cook garlic, garlic powder and onion over medium heat until tender or golden brown. Add in sliced mushrooms, cook until mushroom are tender or for 20 minutes. Pour the almond milk and cauliflower mixture into a blender, or food processor. Mix until completely smooth. Pour half of the mushroom mixed into the blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Once done

Creating home Practice Space

Among the many things I love about yoga is that it can be practiced anywhere. It can be practiced independently at the comfort of you home, out in nature or in a traditional yoga studio with with yogis.   While I enjoy practicing in a studio with others, my current schedule doesn't allow me the ability to drop in a class anytime I want, particularly the classes I do want to attend. But also, yoga can be very expansive let's be honest, and going t o a studio everyday can be highly costly, which is something a lot of us can't afford. So, home practice provides the opportunity to continue doing what you love without going completely broke. Home practice can be very rewarding and a beautiful opportunity for further developing your practice; after all as Pattabhi Jois said "Yoga is 99%, 1% theory." New Season new beginning new adventures

At any given moment you have the power to say this is not how the story is going to end, or how the story is going to continue. A new day, month or season seems like another ordinary day, but that's not true. A new day or even a month has many unlock potential. It is a time to decide whether you want things to continue as they are, or to stop narrating the story, and say I am going to end here or change how this narrative will be read in the future. It’s easy to feel like you are not in control of things, but you’d be surprise by how much you are in control, each us constructs and lives a narrative wrote the British Neurologist Oliver Sacks, this narrative is us.
